First ideas

The position of the building creates a new private garden for the inhabitants and follows the urbanistic rules of the street. The roof has the same shape than the other ones, typical parisian. But there is still a visual connexion between the two green...

Existing situation

Some pictures of the existing situation. The future building will be on the corner of 2 big streets, at the border of Paris, and next to an ex-railway transformed today on a garden.

Construction of the 3d model (Autocad+3ds max)

1rst : the construction of the walls Then, i added the windows, the loggias and the roof. Using the 3d made with Autocad, I did a first render with 3ds max Different tried with the materials of 3ds max. I also used my own library of textures.
